Practice Plus (PP) is an additional program for competitive players. The program will feature professional coaching in the areas of technical, mental, tactical, psychological and nutrition. The program will take place on Friday nights with one-hour sessions on a weekly basis with different topics covered. The goal is to maximize performance and increase rate of development.
